Pi Lo Chun, the jade-green Spiral of Spring, is a very elegant tea, produced with great care. A tightly rolled and twisted leaf with quite a few silvery tips distinguishes it. Only the freshest and most tender leaves and buds are used for this tea, which is produced in April/May.
